The painting discovery was actually a 2024 inkober prompt that turned into a full project. Inspired by the Nasa discovery program, Discovery is a conceptual space telescope and satellite design that created freehand with no references at all i imagine this as a rather small satellite almost more of an advanced probe that is meant to get close up observations of the surfaces of distant planets with its powerful telescope and independently operable long range communications array

The satellite itself is a pentagonal shaft with a telescope array protected by a shield lens on the front end and an Eva thrust system on the other. One side is equipped with an extending boom arm that can be used for various tasks like removing debris from the protective shield lens or  photographing the satellite itself.  one side is also equipped with  high efficiency solar panels and a free pointing coms array  the other two side panels have additional instrumentation for research and less powerful cameras  that can capture video feeds.
